Lina and Tyler were excellent at listening to our needs and documenting them from start to finish. They never left a question or inquiry open, if they did not know the answer, they sought the appropriate resources to get it and provide a a full and thorough response in a timely fashion. This allowed for a successful launch of our system. I look forward to the continuation of enhancements for an even greater user experience.

We hired HipTen for doing an overall clean-up and optimization of our Pardot and Salesforce accounts. Our Pardot account was a bit of a mess from the perspective of duplicative contacts, disorganized systems and generally not optimized in a way that allowed us to take advantage of the best Pardot has to offer. In addition, we faced the challenge that our in-house Pardot experts didn't have a significant knowledge of Salesforce, and our in-house Salesforce experts didn't understand Pardot. We needed someone who understood both platforms and had the expertise to bring us to the next level. HipTen exceeded our expectations. They not only excelled at the job we hired them for, but they have become an integral part of our marketing department. They are more than a vendor, they are an extension of our team. I know that if I have any issue, large or small, that when I bring it to them that they've got our back and will always go above and beyond. Our original project was completed with HipTen, but we were so impressed that we now contract them to work on all our Pardot and Salesforce projects. They created complex reporting systems in Salesforce and are optimizing our Pardot functions like Grading, Scoring, and Automations. They are integral to our success and I could not be happier with them.
