A Salesforce Guru with Excellent Business Acumen
Koula is an incredible firm. We did a large data migration from the SugarCRM platform to Salesforce and hired Koula as an implementation consultant. As a non-profit economic development agency with public funding, we had some complex needs and a fixed budget. Not only did Koula help create a scope of work that fulfilled all requirements without inflating costs, but they also proactively helped to optimize our build and were instrumental in our internal change management process.
