The team worked very well with our business teams in educating them of the new process, apply industry best practices and assisting with certain feature customization which was not available out of the box. I worked with Bolt at a previous company and they were knowledgable and helped filled some gaps I was experiencing as the sole admin for a large company. We were working on the classic to lightning transition on top of some several other large initiatives and as a sole person working on these projects, having Bolt along side was a beyond a massive help but also having the ability to work cohesively with them and their ability to assist at any time throughout the projects was invaluable. I cannot say enough about the talent behind Bolt's team and the fact they were not only able to help meet deadlines, they were willing to jump on a call when roadblocks were hit (none of which were Bolt's issues but the custom integrations the company had with their own custom platform integrated with Salesforce).
