Una Buro

This is our 3rd project with Unaburo who has once again been a dream consultant to work with - it was a true collaboration that delivered us the tools and results we need and so much more. Unaburo's expertise in all things SF allowed them to proactively suggest solutions and build out in a way that ancitipates our future needs and pre-solves issues that we hadn't even considered. Communication, scoping, training were all excellent as is post-project support, Bref - this project has amplified and streamlined our work allowing us to advance our charitable mission more effectively and efficiently. We LOVE unburo and look foward to our next project. (Extra big shout outs to Mitchell, Noemie, Anjaana and of course Julia)

Una Buro a été au delà de nos attentes dans l'accompagnement et de sa disponibilité lors de notre go live.

Nous collaborons avec Unaburo depuis plusieurs années, et ce, depuis l’implantation de Salesforce au sein de notre organisation. Leur équipe connaît très bien notre environnement, nos processus ainsi que nos besoins spécifiques. La communication est fluide et efficace , nous obtenons rapidement des réponses claires et pertinentes à nos questions. Nous constatons également un souci authentique, de leur part, de proposer des solutions optimales et adaptées afin de répondre adéquatement à nos besoins. Au fil du temps, une véritable relation de partenariat et de confiance s’est établie. Par ailleurs, nous souhaitons souligner un point d’amélioration concernant le produit de base Scheduler. Celui-ci gagnerait à être optimisé en intégrant, par défaut, la possibilité de modifier simultanément les agendas de plusieurs personnes. Il s’agit d’une fonctionnalité de gestion couramment utilisée qui, selon nous, devrait faire partie intégrante de la solution de base, sans nécessiter de développement additionnel.

Una buro saisie bien les besoins des OBNL et offre des solutions qui correspondent à ces besoins. Ils sont à l'écoute, réagissent rapidement et connaissent très bien la plateforme.

From Julia helping us evaluate our needs, to Mitchell helping shape the scope and priorities of the project, to Émilie executing the plan, we felt supported and informed throughout the whole process and came away with the tools and confidence to step up our digital engagement. Una Buro was always quick to respond to questions we had as we familiarized ourselves with the new Account Engagement platform, providing detailed easy-to-understand instructions to tackle the work we wanted to accomplish, and keen to help us with any issues we encountered.
