There are reasons for my scores. I'm happy to explain them if that's desired and I'd prefer to do that in conversation rather than written here so my reasoning is not misinterpreted.

The Alicorn team, led by Densy and David, was outstanding. We truly value their input, positive attitude, politeness, expertise, and professionalism. They were a pleasure to work with. Although we encountered some challenges and limitations, they consistently communicated clearly and worked collaboratively with us to overcome them, always offering thoughtful alternative solutions.

The initial implementation of our solution was excellent. We then needed a bit of a tweak, that took a bit longer than we hoped to get moving, but once it was underway, the work that was done was superbly executed by Jack. His can-do approach and knowledge of Salesforce and Excel (for synching with some old csv data) was fantastic and took us much further in a short space of time than I thought we might realistically get. Very highly recommended.

From the beginning of our engagement with Alicorn, the Museum Studio team felt that there was real desire to understand our business and work with us to build our platform on Salesforce that would make a real difference to our business and new business processes

Alicorn were extremely helpful throughout the project. Vanessa the PM was and she was helpful throughout the project through to completion. Managing risks and escalating were needed. The developers and BA on the project were extremely helpful, great communication. Training was completed to a high standard and have always been on hand to assist where possible. I've really enjoyed working with Alicorn and believe we have really got a solution in place that will help customers get into homes quicker.

Jack is awesome! He took time to understand what SportQuake do and what we're trying to achieve. To make it slightly more complicated, he wasn't just building, he was undoing the work of Art of Cloud that was hindering moving SportQuake forward. Our CFO explained to Art of Cloud many a time what she was trying to achieve, we were repeatedly told it wasn't possible...along comes Jack, takes 30 minutes on the phone to understand the problem and then within the hour had some code written to solve the issue. Having spent the whole day with him, I can say he's a joy to work with and does Alicorn proud. Excited to see what else we can do with our org.

Overall the experience was great and the team were great! Some bumps with a deployment but these were learned from and the rest of the project was smooth. Densy was great and keeping me updated with progress.
