Powered by Thomson Reuters CLEAR, Criminal Checker brings KYC, KYB, AML screening and criminal background checks right into Salesforce. All these checks are done completely as per your current workflows, without using any external portals or doing manual follow-ups. You can view criminal records, OFAC and global sanctions lists, UCC filings checks, Secretary of State verifications, and ownership data in a single place. Each result has documentation, auditing, and sourcing information to ensure compliance teams act with confidence. Criminal Checker continuously monitors for any criminal activity, AML risks, or sanctions hits which could have occurred after the initial check. Upon detecting any changes, it automatically creates a case in Salesforce for review. Criminal Checker stores all of its data encrypted and safely within Salesforce and scales easily across teams, regions, and regulatory needs. All data collected is stored safely and securely in Salesforce using encryption methods, both at rest and in transit. As such, the app’s scalable architecture allows for seamless expansion across teams, geographically dispersed locations and regulatory environments.
