Knowledge Article Feedback component allows you to improve your knowledge articles by collecting feedback on article content and managing feedback resolution.

Highlights

Setup Instructions: Install the package. Goto the community or lightning builder, search for 'Article Feedback' custom component. Drag it to the desired location.

The (Choose a general reason) picklist values are configurable in the Custom Metadata type: 'Reasons'. Manage records here and that would automatically reflect in the component dropdown. Check 'Like' field for liked reasons.

On click of thumbs up or down, you can enter the feedback. Navigate to the report 'Article Feedback Report' to get a quick glance of the feedbacks grouped by an article. You can navigate to the article feedback detail record for more details.
