Cybersource has been partnering with Salesforce Commerce for many years and are excited to continue to evolve and grow the partnership. Our B2C clients work with us for Payment Acceptance, Payment Security, Fraud Managements and Business Services to power their ecommerce business. With our new Order Management solution, merchants will be able to capture the authorized funds, for the amount of the goods being shipped or picked up. They will also be able to issue a refund to the consumer if any part of the order is returned. As the Salesforce Order Management Solution is updated for how it supports digital payments, we can also add in support for those payment methods as we have a large variety of methods we support today.
