We hired TheCodery to help resolve performance related issues and to do general code cleanup. They were very efficient with their time that allowed us to complete all of our "if we have the hours to spare" work on top of the original project scope. I received regular project updates not only from the consultant I was working with, but also the leadership team at TheCodery who were highly involved.

We loved working with TheCodery. We had them work on helping us implement marketing cloud in our org. We had the pleasure of working with their team and our organization had little to no knowledge of the marketing tools provided by salesforce. TheCodery really helped us get a great foundation and went out of their scope. They helped us implement Jira and customized templates for our org, they trained us in various tools, and really got us comfortable with a v1 of the project. We really enjoyed working with Emily she is a rockstar, more than a rockstar she is patient calm and explained everything to us in away for us to understand the complexities of SF and really helped us navigate the platform. Our team had nothing but good to say about TheCodery. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and you are in great hands with their team. They worked outside of their scope to help us with things like CPQ and Manufacturing cloud. We do look forward to leveraging them in future project and can't say enough good about their team.

We had several projects focused on the Sales Cloud and partnered with theCodery based on a colleagues recommendation. Our first project was migrating Salesforce data from an acquired company. Our consultant, Jeannette, created and executed a detailed process ensuring identified data migrated successfully into our current configuration. There were very few exceptions due to her thoroughness. Another project involved providing a way for our Strategic Accounts team to consolidate many types of Account data to more easily strategize. Jeannette leveraged an existing (and already familiar) Salesforce tool and enabled that team to easily manage their own Account groups. Her design ensured no impact to existing users or processes. Our Strategic Account team is leveraging the new tool daily and provided very positive feedback. We're currently working on simplifying a few key processes and the design sessions are going great. Our team from theCodery is easy to work with and knowledgeable on Salesforce functionality. Our project manager, Gigi, manages our projects well which helps me set expectations internally and supports a smooth release. Our status meetings are productive and fun.

TheCodery has vast tech knowledge of the Salesforce AppExchange, including the processes and APIs. They also provided candid feedback on our risks and areas of improvement for us as a client. The scoped work was delivered on time and included great handholding through the security reviews. Client should be prepared to establish ownership and cadence on project management and updates.

theCodery team is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what they do. We worked with Josh and Cam, who were both competent engineers working in Salesforce and focused on friendly, approachable, accessible customer service. They both invested a lot of time and talent to set up Salesforce for our nonprofit organization, and are willing to continue helping us as questions arise. What I would recommend for any organization considering migrating to Salesforce is: ask a lot of questions, and double the hours you think you'll need to pay the firm setting up Salesforce for you and getting you started using the platform competently. We initially signed a contract (at a special nonprofit rate) for what seemed an adequate amount of hours (for set up through training/launch), asked a lot of questions to understand exactly what would be included, and burned through those hours quickly. We ended up signing an addendum to add 50% more hours to finish the project. In the end, we had a very brief but productive training session and no hours left to do additional training for the System Administrator. We can go back to ask questions and pay for additional hours as needed, and we appreciate the access. However, the lesson learned here is to work on having a more realistic sense of the time & expense needed to migrate from the start of the project. Make sure to preserve time for training and setup of some core processes and reports before the hours are expended. This is no fault of theCodery or our organization -- but a suggestion for everyone to look carefully at what you'll need to migrate over, how complex it is, and managing the contract hours closely.
