Level Up CRM was a critical partner in getting this project off the ground! They did an excellent job listening to the needs of our organization and helping implement solutions that will greatly enhance the work of our program. Helping maintain these solutions is what has created Salesforce buy-in with this particular program area in our organization, and these processes not only help our programs run more smoothly, but also help create Salesforce advocates within the organization that increase our opportunities for further optimization and improvements!

Level Up CRM did a fantastic job with automatic our licenses provisioning and activation process, eliminating 50+ manual steps, and allowing us to take our CS operation to the next level. They interfaced our digital platform with Salesforce, architecting an elegant and user friendly solution, while also managing multiple stakeholders and overseeing the data loading and user training to roll out the new solution.
