Overview

Issue Box allows users to report issues along with critical session details. The user will add additional details about the error and, once saved, a Chatter alert will be sent to the admin.

This is an app that allows users to report issues while they are using the Salesforce platform. The main function is to automatically capture critical session details on the click of a button. The user will then add additional details about the error and once saved a chatter alert will be sent to the system admin. An admin can follow up via an issue queue for more details or to inform user about a fix. The admin can customize the application to capture different types of issues such as bugs, errors or feature requests to suit the business needs of the company.
