Great experience! Partner is very knowledgeable about the platform and are able to provide support above and beyond. However will be better if the sessions can be more concise.
It was great working with Crimson Works in the Salesforce Jump Start Program for Sales Cloud. They had helped us not only understand the concepts and how it works, but also expanded on the capabilities of Sales Cloud, allowing us to customize it to suit our use. Without Crimson Works, we would not have the platform configured to our use in such a short time.

Crimsonworks is quite proactive and going to the distance in helping to solve issues we have. Coming up with solutions that are out of the box which helps ease our business needs.
CrimsonWorks helps us build a good depository of information of our Prospects & Customers hence have a 360 view of them and easily profile them. It also enables us to track our sales representatives' activities, forecast, pipelines, sales & revenue against their targets which is very vital & helpful for managers & the management. Our partner also did some application integrations that make things easier in terms of running Marketing Campaigns (Pardot), sending files & contracts to our customers (Nintex & DocuSign) until the generation of invoices (Netsuite). It's safe to say that we are well supported by our partner on all initiatives we did and they are very responsive to our queries and concerns.

I really appreciate the ready help that Tng always provides to the team whenever we have queries. The company has recently undergone a M&A and with that, came a lot of effort and time he's spent helping us align ourselves with various solutions to take this on with the group level operations in mind. Wherein nothing has been firmed up in terms of what actions to take, we now have a very clear idea of the direction to take on in various instances.
