My team at Cloud Theory makes my Salesforce experience. Cloud Theory's add-on FundEngine is an excellent add-on for our IR team. We could not do what we do without it. The Cloud Theory team is great to work with as they not only work closely with you on the on-boarding, but they also provide full product support for all of our needs regarding FundEngine. They listen to our needs and customize their product accordingly.
When i searched for a new CRM it had to be dynamic and do more than just data storage. I needed processes built that would aid the investor relations team in tracking and managing the investors and investments. Cloud theory takes the time to listen and understand the needs of my requests. They have built processes that have made my colleagues feel that we have a solid system that allows us to track our investors in a meaningful way.
