Smooth process from beginning to end, it was very detailed/nuanced but they handled it so well and we got a great result.

The micronet team was technically very sound with the Salesforce functionality. However, they understand very little about the business applications of the software which limited their ability to help us find the right solutions for our business needs. That said, they did not hesitate to engage the Specright team as needed. But, the project could have been more efficient if they understood the business applications better.

Asif and Faith are extremely responsive to any issues we may run into on a daily basis. They are efficient in fixing/problem solving any issues we may have. Today, I had an issue uploading documents. They efficiently uploaded the documents for me but also provided a tutorial for me so that I would know how to upload documents in the future.
