The Idea Science team was a pleasure to work with from the very first meeting! The amount of care and detail that went into their requirements gathering was impressive. They all seemed to be one step ahead of our stakeholders and anticipated the "what if" scenarios that we never thought of. They really know what they are doing and that was such a comfort throughout our long and complex project. I really appreciated their professionalism and patience throughout the 18 month engagement. They handled scope changes, very difficult requirements (and stakeholders) with ease, and delivered what they promised!
