The business challenge: Move the customer account management functions to a cloud-based solution that's easier to use and to support. Salesforce Service Cloud was selected to fill this need. Mouri Tech did a great job working with the business and IT during the discovery phase. They worked hard help to define process flows, data fields and functions that needed updates to work properly in Service Cloud. This work setup the project up success by clarifying requirements and finding the technical challenges. The Team was: - Responsive to requests for information and issues during the project life cycle. - Arrived on time and prepared for meetings. - Provided documentation on time. (Test Cases, Training Material, IT Support Documents) - Communicated needs and questions in a timely manner. - Utilized the project tools used by ATN (Smartsheets, Teams, Email) - Provided weekly status updates on time As a customer one critical item is the culture of the professional service company. Mouri Tech's culture aligned well with ATN. They work with integrity and respect. All team members have a voice and disagreements were managed with respect. This allowed for a safe work environment and the successful delivery of a project.
It was a good experience with a partner having expertise in a wide range of Salesforce Products like CPQ, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. But as part of our project, we took help in service cloud and experience cloud and they gave good solutions. We are happy to work with the company if we need any enhancement in the future.
