Fantastic App and Support!
I don't often review apps, especially right after I install them, because an app and support can be great for 30 days or a short period and then....the wheels fall off. However, with Gearset, they are the real deal. A great app and team that is always improving. They listen to their customers and seek feedback, early and often. And their support is top notch. We are using them solely for backups (who knew they had a fantastic backup and restore solution too?!) And when our small nonprofit is ready to invest in a better way beside change sets, they will be my first call. I would highly recommend them and we have had them for a couple of years now and they were rock stars in the beginning and continue to be rock starts still!
Outstanding Support and Chat Feature
The Support Team at Gearset is always quick to assist and provide guidance, even on complex Multi-Org, Team-Shared Pipeline use cases. My complex issue was solved in 10 minutes on a screen share session.
Simply the best
