As always, Alex, our project manager and consultant, was great. Miti, our leading developer implementing our requirements, provided outstanding support and efficiency after taking over from Marin, who is now a former employee of Comselect. However, they do need to improve on communicating holidays earlier, as this negatively and unexpectedly delayed our Go-Live. Overall, we are very satisfied with the implementation of our Service Cloud, Knowledge Management, Work Orders, Entitlements and SharePoint and ERP integrations. Based on the processes we designed over a year ago in Lucid, the finished product matches them very closely, which shows that we did a great job. Lastly, we completed the project within the estimated budget.

The partner "Comselect" did a very good job. Especially our consultant Mrs. Ashley Bannon was very friendly and professional even though german isn't her mother tongue and she is still learning german. Maybe exactly for that reason it was a very relaxed collaboration with the outcome we wanted.
