Alchemy has helped our Team to expand our SF use beyond the basics we could achieve on our own. We have customized our fields, stared customizing reports and dashboards and started using campaigns with their assistance. We have found a strong mix of teaching us to improve and building small improvements beyond our capability.

Alchemy is providing training and coaching services to us and is not a project.

From the beginning, we were impressed that Alchemy listened to us and understood what we were trying to achieve with customizing Sales Force to work for our company. Within a very few days, Alchemy then had a demo ready for us on how our customized software would look and feel for us based on the input we gave. Within our Phase 1, Alchemy had achieved more than what we were hoping for and IF there were any changes on our part, they didn't question us, only built in our add-ons to make our software even more robust. The keys that were important to us are they listened and understood what we needed, their turnaround on our custom software was fast and then to top it off, for no charge, they created custom learning video modules that taught the rest of our sales and marketing team step by step how to use what our IT team had Alchemy create.
