Hughes Systique has been a valuable implementation partner for many years. They developed multiple Partner and Customer facing Salesforce portals for our North America consumer business. The Partner Portal being very heavy in Agent verbatim scripting, required a data driven implementation, so that it can quickly adapt to marketing requirements, launching of new offers, productivity improvements etc. The development team being very professional, thorough, up to date with the Salesforce best practices, produced a forward-looking data driven implementation which has stood the test of time for the past 2-3 years. We are very happy to work with Hughes Systique as one of the integrators for Salesforce Development needs. HSC has excellent set of design and development folks who knows how to create scalable, reusable and generic design components for optimal implementation. HSC delivery quality deliverables with all the design documents and their expertise in Sales, Service, Community Clouds etc. is commendable.
