CommonTeri Services is a team of nonprofit experts who know how to protect your data and showcase your outcomes by making your Salesforce instance stable, sustainable, and agile. Since 2014, our team has been helping nonprofits with full constituent management including for donors, volunteers, and clients. Our team members are experienced leaders of nonprofits focused on literacy, workforce readiness, college prep, volunteer activation, and membership management. Our remote admin expertise also includes equine-assisted services, out-of-school time, and food banks/hunger-alleviation nonprofits. Customers at CommonTeri Services can expect to find managed service plans that meet the needs and budgets of a variety of nonprofits. Our customers range in size. We have volunteer-only organizations with budgets under $250K. We also serve large nonprofits providing program services with budgets exceeding $4M. We love Flows of all types but especially ones with reusable subflow widgets. We are Experience Cloud enthusiasts (just ask all of our own websites) and fans of Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (née Pardot). We couldn't live without Quip, Cases, Inbox, and Knowledge.
