This is the 2nd organization where we have utilized the services of CommonTeri. I would recommend them to anyone. I love the combination of Office Hours where I can do it with assistance and handing it off to CT staff if it is too much for me.

We have been using CommonTeri Services for over five years. Their team has completed numerous projects for us besides the recent project with Levels and Engagement Plans. We needed some automation added to Levels and Engagement Plans to exclude certain account types and to update the status of tasks when Levels, and also Engagement Plans, changed. This project, like all the others, was done within budget and we were kept informed throughout the entire project. We had regular meetings to touchbase, communicated via their portal, and we discussed the project briefly whenever I attended their Office Hours. This project will save our team hours each week.

I have and great experiences working with the CommonTeriServices team at every point. I recently engaged them to create a custom form using Flows for my organization to track prospective volunteers. They answered all of my questions, followed up for clarity if needed, and kept in communication about progress through completion.

They are very helpful and take time to ask good questions and provide education while problem solving. They had phenomenal communication - it was frequent and transparent and they even followed up after a decision was made to ensure it was the right one.

On the rare occasion that a question arises that they cannot answer, they figure it out swiftly and thoroughly. During long-term projects, CTS will keep you regularly updated with the status and any developments, so you do not have to wonder or worry whether or not it's getting done. Every single interaction you will have - email, call, office hours - will be positive, energetic, and considerate. The CTS team meets you where you are at and shows up in the way you need them too. During a particularly busy time that our organization could not have foreseen, CTS stepped up, offered us more hours of work pro bono, and responded quickly to our questions and requests. We would recommend CTS to anyone and everyone and hope their work is given the attention it deserves. We consider them a close partner and look forward to a long partnership with them.

CommonTeriServices is made up of a well-versed team who provide integral capabilities through their app Literacy Nimbus, and assistance with Salesforce and connected external applications and programs. I couldn't do my work effectively without their help.

I was able to contract out our Salesforce work to CTS, which we haven't been able to keep up for years, at a much lower cost than in-house staff. This then allowed me to hire part time staff focused on communications and social media. Salesforce is now working as originally intended generating the data and reports that allow us to better manage our business.
