We engaged TechMagic to solve the challenge of summarizing complex, multi-object Salesforce data into a clear, actionable view of a student’s enrollment status for higher-education enrollment coaches. TechMagic brought strong Salesforce and AI expertise, designing and building the full integration using custom Apex to assemble records and securely send them to a ChatGPT-based agent for summarization. The solution leveraged Salesforce core platform capabilities and was delivered within a managed package, with careful consideration for scalability across multiple partner orgs. TechMagic demonstrated a deep understanding of data privacy requirements by ensuring no PII was included in AI payloads and that the model was not trained on prior student interactions. The final solution included highly configurable settings such as AI model selection, record types and fields, record limits, and prompt customization. As a result, enrollment coaches now have faster, more consistent insights into student progress and challenges, reducing manual review time.
