R3 Digital was great to work with on our recent MuleSoft project implementing Stripe for credit card payments into our landscape with interfaces to and from Microsoft Dynamics F&O. We engaged with R3 Digital for an overhaul of our Salesforce org. As a pharmaceutical services company we carry a lot of specialised and complex processes, including within the CRM. R3 took a comprehensive and strategic approach to discovery, asking questions and requesting the right details and documentation to ensure they understood each part of the business and its underlying processes. As a global business it was also useful to us that R3 were accommodating with some of our trickier time zones. Following the discovery sessions, they were able to provide us with recommendations and suggestions that respected necessary complexity but - where possible - brought us back to standard (and best) practices, leveraging their specialist Salesforce knowledge and experience with other healthcare clients. This helped us to redevelop and streamline parts of our processes that were unnecessarily “clunky” while preserving key components. The discovery phase and its outputs were all very thoroughly documented and communicated, and the solution was explained and played back to each part of the business. Through Discovery and into Implementation, we were kept up to date with scheduled weekly calls (moving to daily as go-live approached), and these were structured well to ensure we caught any blockers and discussed any issues or risks that were pressing. Particular thanks to Andy on this one for fielding all our questions and keeping us on track. Relating to this, from a risk management perspective we were pleased that R3 baked in an accurate level of “risk” time into each work item effort estimate. This helped us greatly to stay on track and on budget, compared to some other partners that would scale estimates too far up or down. This, paired with communicating any risks emerging from our side, kept things running smoothly.
