Quick User Provisioning for Experience Cloud

Enable quick and easy community user provisioning from contacts

Overview

A flow template driven from custom metadata which can enable provisioning contacts right from the contact detail page. Declarative setup can be performed using custom metadata, to outline what profile and permission set a user will need.

  • Enable your end users to quickly provision contacts without needing to be redirected. Or remembering which profiles are required

  • Customize the flow/screens for additional fields and logic specific to your companies needs. We just give you a head start.

  • Enables the possibility of not needing to be redirected, to a setup page and utilizing a declarative setup using custom metadata.

Flow - Community User Provisioning Setup =================== Once the package is installed You will then need to navigate to Setup >Custom Metadata >Community Setup Manage Records You will then need to create a record for each community you wish to be displayed Label - Generic Label for your custom metadata record Community Setup Name - Community name (Can be found in setup> communities) Community Profile Name/Id- Either the profile name or id for provisioning to specified community Permission Set Name/Id - Either the permission set name or id for provisioning to community If you require further customization of flow screens Check out the github https://github.com/SalesforceLabs/Quick-Community-User-Provisioning
