FluxCapacity is a helpful, always-evolving tool

We use FluxCapacity to manage our capacity/utilization for our research team. It has been such a useful addition to our TaskRay system, and using TaskRay without it quite frankly just wouldn't make sense for us. We complete many projects every month - being able to forecast who is available and when is imperative to our business. I cannot speak more highly about Matt and his team, either - they are quick to help us troubleshoot if we run into issues (rarely), happy to listen to our suggestions on how to make the system even better, and always provide useful updates as things change/evolve. We enjoy working with them very much!

The perfect tool for scaling professional services

The TaskRay/FluxCapacity combo is the perfect tech stack for scaling professional services team. Leveraging pretty basic Salesforce expertise, you can use simple click-based configuration to customize the tool to fit just about any professional services use case. Implementation speed and ease of use is key in that services startup environment and FluxCapacity delivers! Additionally Matt and the team over there are extremely helpful and willing to consult with their customers on edge cases and discuss their product roadmap openly. These guys are true partners and make a great application. Love Flux!!

FluxCapacity is the perfect solution for us

Now we can finally plan our workload for several weeks in advance. The installation of Flux was perfectly planned with me, so that I could easily set it up myself. Through the very detailed documentation, I could easily implement all settings and read at any time. We are very glad that we choose Fluxcapacity.

Great tool!

Without a doubt, Flux has helped us better manage our resources and overall onboarding projects. Before Flux we never had an easy way to allocate resources for projects or simply see an accurate forecast for potential future projects. Also, the way it integrates with Salesforce and TaskRay is seamless. I've used other Resource Management tools in the past and this is by far the easiest one. Flux can do so much and we're just getting started!

Awesome product!

As an admin, I have been very impressed with this app. Implementation was simple and instructions were clear! It has solved our resource management problems for our implementation team. We are able to be more prepared now as projects come down the pike. Their support team has also been very helpful for any adjustments that we have needed help on.

Great tool for workload and team capacity management

Flux Capacity delivered us great value in our capacity forecasting process and collaboration across PMO, Business and Delivery teams bringing data for decision making together. It also helped us to plan our year budget and check in which team we have to hire. Its data model is fantastic, we can drill down from dashboards to details of each resource or task in order to assess in advance what is wrong in our planning process.
