QC Appojee is a quality continuous improvement process, (CIP) application focused on discrete and process manufacturing. QC APPOJEE provides a tool to capture, store, and provides analysis opportunities of manufacturing quality specific data. It allows customization of data capture rules to identify trends to improve product quality costs and reduce raw materials waste. Quality is a critical concern. QC APPOJEE helps manufacturers improve their product quality. Our approach: • Helps identify business rules to improve data quality measurements. • Enforces data entry consistency rules. • Reduces use of difficult to maintain Excel files which restricts quality control knowledge to complex and hard to maintain formulas. • Provides for basic analysis and identify trends that can improve product quality costs and minimize the waste of raw materials. • Correlates machine readings with product quality test data to identify the conditions leading to non-conforming products. QC Appojee provides an easy to use interface that helps standardize quality control data across different divisions of the manufacturing organization.
