Very versatile suite of tools

We've been using the products for around 6 months and they've really improved our Salesforce environment's functionality and ease of use. We mainly use the User Grids to manage all of our contacts and I'm most impressed by how much we've been able to customise them to reflect our workflows. The support is also great and nothing I've asked for has been any trouble for them to implement. I'd definitely recommend the product and it's been a game changer for us.

Versatile Product with Many Features to Meet Business Needs

We mainly use grids to streamline a review process for our internal users and utilize the grids in our Experience Cloud site for external users to enter data. However, I'm impressed by how many other features the product comes without outside of standard data-entry grids. The file upload, Kanban view (that gives more functionality than Salesforce's standard one), multi-object calendar, pivot tables, and sooo much more. We're looking forward to implementing some of these in the near future to expand our use. I've been very impressed with their support and account management team and their response time. Mahima and Souhail are amazing! They've helped me troubleshoot and problem solve in addition to showing me new features to ensure I'm getting the most out of the product. Make sure you do a full demo with the team so you can see the extent of what the product can do and what's included in the package. They are great to work with!

A great product & a great team

We replaced an existing tool with Gridmate inline editing. A big leap forward on capabilities from the predecessor, but what i loved was the way the team wanted to understand our business needs and find a solution that suited us. They made some changes to the app to accommodate our requirements. These guys have there listening ears on which is so refreshing , what they promise they deliver. I would highly recommend their products and team!

Powerful Salesforce Reporting Upgrade with Outstanding Support

We’ve been using GridMate for the past three months, and it has been exactly what we were looking for to significantly upgrade our internal reporting in Salesforce. The flexibility and depth of reporting it enables go far beyond standard Salesforce capabilities and have already helped us drive much better visibility across the business. Solved so many problems

Gridmate components solved many requests from users who wanted to edit data in tables, manage records and views without admin involvement, view data in calendar, kanban or related record views, the list goes on and we're still exploring all the possibilities. All functions that Salesforce native pages cannot do. Think of all those limitations you've found--this app has solved many of them. From an admin's point of view it is an amazing time-saver--I was trying to provide many of these functions with screen flows that needed constant tweaking and redevelopment. Putting Gridmate components on pages and training users to use them saves a lot of development and UAT time. The support from this developer is top-rate. They walk through tools, suggest enhancements, and respond immediately.
