Virtual Agent
Myridius guided and helped us launch a Virtual Agent on our external website for lead generation. They had great experience with Sales Cloud, Agentforce and Account Engagement to help us meet our project deliverables and timeline. They are effective communicators and provide great documentation, especially during the design phase. They took feedback and change requests and turn updates around in 24 hours. I am very happy with the results!!!
The Myridius Team did exceptional work, and their "hypercare" mode during Go-Live migration was impressive. They responded quickly to needed adjustments, their communication was clear and we were grateful for the hours put into getting us up and running after Go-Live.
