Not Compatible w/ SF Essentials as Stated
I was very excited to try out this flow, but after the install error message saying they could not find 2 objects so flow can't run. Great idea, but such is the "Essential's plight." Back to the drawing board.
Hi Martin, Thanks for your response. You state in the product overview that this flow is available for all platforms including Essentials. However, you do need enable FSL but Essentials doesn't have access to this. Why include Essentials in platform choice if FSL can not be enabled?
Hi Andrea, It seems that either your org doesn't have FSL enabled or your user doesn't have access to FSL objects which could be caused by incorrect FSL license applied. In order to test ensure that you can create Work Order and Work Order Line Item records, if that still doesn't solve your issue please let me know. Best Regards, Martin
Hi Andrea, Apologies for this, I wasn't aware that Essentials doesn't provide access to FSL by default. It is possible that this may be caused by a lack of Service Cloud license which is required to enable FSL, however since this is not provided right out of the box and adding licenses may require change of edition I have now removed essentials from supported editions. If you require access to FSL I recommend that you reach out to Salesforce support in order to find out the available options. Best Regards, Martin
