The Bolt Data deserves high marks all around with the responsive and knowledgeable team, a few less than perfect answers are mostly due to us not being familiar enough with the solution and/or capabilities and limitations of the solution itself. Another factor was the SalesForce out-of-the-box deficiencies such as limit of one service asset per appointment, GUI focused on multiple appointments per day rather that per week or month, incorrect and non-flexible/non reportable utilization calculations, no ability to attach mobile photos to the service report, no export of Gantt chart, the need for extra license for a manager to see/verify/correct scheduled appointments. Hopefully, these items will be added in the future. In summary, I would recommend Bolt Data as the provider for the SF Field Service solution, we will be looking into continue working with Bolt for the further enhancements of the system.
