This solution allows vehicle owners to manage their appointments via web using any device, anywhere and at any time. They can search for Service Centers that: • Are in the vicinity • Offer desired services • Can accommodate them on preferred date/time

  • The solution secures the Guest User community by employing Google's reCAPTCHA v3 anti-bot security to deny access to the application by bots. This ensures that the bookings are done by actual humans providing an overall better user experience

  • The applications looks up available slots based on various user entered parameters such as: - Services required - Distance preference - Date / Time preferences - Business Hours and suggests Service Centers for users to book an appointment.

  • The solution offers customization in: - Distance Units (mi / km) - List of Services offered & average duration - Theme customization - reCAPTCHA disabling / enabling - Changing display text using Custom Labels

They can easily search and schedule the online booking for auto service centers that: • Lies within a comfortable distance from them • Offers the desired services • Can accommodate their vehicle on the preferred date and time This allows them to have a personalized experience of the vehicle service. They can also keep track and check the service history of vehicles in a single view. The vehicle owners can manage their upcoming appointments from this view that allows them to complete control over when and where their vehicles were serviced. The solution integrates with: • Google Maps APIs to resolve addresses into Geocodes • Google reCAPTCHA v3 to protect against Bots
