We engaged with Blue5Green for our initial implementation of Copado devops solution. The resources assigned to this project were very skilled and had the exact subject matter expertise that was required. Implementation of the project was timely and had a successful outcome.

1. The business challenge you hired the consulting partner to solve. Nori Foundation Inc. is a non-profit organization and our old PoS system was a manual process. We consulted Blue5green to help our process to upgrade to Digital age. The core business challenge is to automate entire PoS and Services offered at our organization. 2. What was unique about the consulting partner and the value or expertise they brought to the project and your organization. Blue5green has a great technical expertise to build the PoS system. The initial prototype proposed by them was very impressive and their quick turn around time helped our temple. Blue5green offered the entire application at free of cost for our NGO. 3. The Salesforce products that were involved. We are not quire sure of core Salesforce products but on a whole the entire PoS and Priest Services, Puja sponsorships, email campaign, SMS to our devotees, Tax forms to devotees at the end of the year and Kiosk services to help devotees with the donations are built in Salesforce. 4. The benefits you have realized from hiring that consulting partner. As stated above, the ROI is absolutely stunning, and our devotees are very happy with the new automation process, it is helping them to book our services online and the entire PoS is now automated and paperless digitalization. We are sharing our latest events with the help of new Campaigning process easily and it is saving our $$ and time. Our devotees are also expressed their happiness with us about the Kiosk services.
