FinServ and the professionals assigned to my company's project were very proficient and responsive in accomplishing our initial objectives. Their work was timely, accurate and they took great care to be sure that the end results were in line with our expectations and needs. While the proposal and terms of the engagement agreement for the initial portion of our project were more than fair, because we were "new" to Salesforce, it would have been helpful if more education had been provided at the outset to explain the programming costs associated with making changes to the platform on an ongoing basis. FinServ took a standard Salesforce platform and customized it to meet our specific and unique business needs. In addition, they helped us to better understand the capabilities of the platform while also emphasizing the most effective way to utilize those capabilities. Importantly, they patiently trained our users (who range in Salesforce experience) to make sure that we were all comfortable and confident in navigating the platform. This was was an arduous task but they exceeded our expectations in every facet. FinServ was engaged, responsive, timely, and professional throughout the project. They were a great team and we will certainly be keeping them on speed dial as our needs evolve.
FinServ has been an awesome thought-partner throughout the engagement, coming up with a great data model and plan for our HCM system migration. The team is extremely detail-oriented and went the extra mile to ensure that the final solution was a perfect fit for our business long-term. They have a nice way of balancing the big-picture view and micro details throughout the project. Documentation was really excellent throughout.
