Excellent support team

As a company, we're still fairly new to ValorX and are continuing to learn the platform as we incorporate it into our day-to-day processes. Along the way, we've run into a number of questions and issues, so we've had to rely on their support team quite a bit. Thankfully, they've been fantastic to work with. They're always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and willing to help, even with the time zone difference. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers' success and are committed to finding solutions quickly. Every interaction with the support team has been a positive experience, and it's been a pleasure partnering with them as we continue our ValorX journey.

Great App with Great Support

We have been very impressed with using Valorx Fusion since moving over from Conga Z-Author. The apps are easy to build and integrate smoothly with Salesforce processes. When we do need assistance, the Valorx team is great and are there to support. Looking forward to exploring other ways in which we might use this tool!

Valorx Usage Review

We are using Valorx for more than 5 years and its very helpful to use for complex functionality, calculations which we cant do in Salesforce and manage sheets. Better than data loader.

Excellent product with a large ROI if you are frequently pushing and pulling large amounts of data from wihin a familiar setting (excel). One of the few app exchange products I encourage everyone to have.

excellent app that help improve operational efficiencies

The app is easy to use. It can be easily customized to adopt your business needs. Valorx team is very knowledgeable and responsive. We use their app for few use cases at Nvidia and it's great. One use case where we use the app to build a customized process to split Opportunities and Quotes during quarter end where we have to handle thousands of Opportunities/Quotes against a cut off time time, and the app helped us address such challenges, thus improve our operational efficiencies tremendously.

Amazing App

As an Systems Integration Partner, I supported the design and implementation of Valorx in combination with nCino Bank Operating System for a client. It provided the ability for us to quickly create a complex Loan Prescreen process that would have taken us months to custom-build in Salesforce. The applications of Valorx could easily be extended to many more use cases in the banking industry. I look forward to working with the amazing Valorx team in the future!

Best Salesforce Excel Based tool on the market

Extremely powerful and fast. We are using Valorx as a rapid data entry tool making full advantage of the fact copy features of excel. The Valorx team are also very helpful in ensuring our success with their product.
