Ordergroove Subscriptions

Fantastic Implementation Support

OrderGroove is a great subscription platform, which is clear from how widely used it is. But I specifically wanted to review it from the standpoint of a technical resource trying to get it implemented. There are always plenty of salespeople to do the presentations and sell the business on a solution, but when it actually comes to trying to get new software working within your current systems, resources aren't always as easy to come by. As anyone who has worked with multiple vendors knows, you never quite know what you're going to get. Sometimes it's great, and sometimes you find yourself having to repeatedly follow up to get answers to your questions or even figure out whom you need to talk to to get the help you need (especially with technical questions). But OrderGroove has been great. Every time I've run into an issue, I've gotten a quick response to help me move forward. And on the rare occasion that the person I'm talking to isn't able to help, he's escalated to others that can help. When you have a complex solution with lots of moving pieces, this is HUGE and cannot be underestimated. While there are some integrations I find myself hoping I never have to deal with again, OrderGroove is not one of them. And the next time I have an implementation that involves OrderGroove, I'll feel confident that we can get it up and running quickly and with a minimum of fuss.
