PermissionSet Assignment Automation

The objective of this app is to achieve a lean profile and enriched permission set goal. Profile management is very tricky especially in the world of DevOps. This app will allow users to keep profiles lean and manage most of the access via PermissionSet. How It Works => On the new user setup, it tries to find if there is a PermissionSet with the same name as Profile. If yes, it assigns the PermissionSet to the user. => On update of the profile of a user, it tries to find if there is a PermissionSet with the same name as Profile. If yes, it searches if the PermissionSet is assigned to the user, if yes it removes that PermissionSet from the user. If no, it doesn't do anything. => On update of the profile of a user, it tries to find if there is a PermissionSet with the same name as new assigned Profile. If yes, it searches if the PermissionSet is assigned to the user, if yes it doesn't do anything. If no, it assigns the PermissionSet to the user. => This app doesn't add/remove any other PermissionSet to users, so to meet your business objective, if you have assigned other PermissionSet to users, it will continue working as expected.
