We started working with Cloud Coachers initially for a fixed term Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation but enjoyed working with the team and found the communication and strength of knowledge a huge advantage for and complementary to our internal Salesforce team. We decided to increase our relationship with the CC team to include working with them on a daily basis on our Sales, Service and Community Clouds too.

We needed to do the Pardot and Advertising Studio deployment with our Salesforce instance, the full deployment was done in less than two months. We are very happy with the work done and especially with the work of Blanca, who has always been solving our doubts and constantly monitoring the project. In addition to implementing the tools and explaining their use, they have advised us on the best way to optimize them for our business and we have already started to make profits.
