We can send bulk messages to our contacts with ease. Unlike our previous app provider, we can also send to more than 250 contacts at a time! The feature that allows for conversational messaging even comes with a dialog box similar to the dialog box our staff have on their personal cell phones that allows them to see all previous conversation history. The icing on the cake is if we ever need help, their support team is super responsive and know their product well.
