Sales and Community Cloud Implementation

Exclusive IT Tech has been an excellent partner, not only in implementing Sales and Community Cloud (on time and on budget at that), but in our on-going integration, improvement and maintenance phase. We worked for the last 8 months with Exclusive IT Tech to understand our Business model and requirements. We are a startup healthcare service provider that connects health care providers with patients in their local areas. We leveraged salesforce community to allow providers input all their data into salesforce and developed a native mobile App on IOS and Andriod for the patients to search for the providers. Exclusive IT Tech assisted extensively in the design and development of the integration between the Mobile applications and salesforce and populate data in Real-time In addition to a great technical team - we were very impressed with the project manager that led our project. Every milestone of the project was reached on exactly the day we planned and the communication was excellent. He kept both our internal team (including our executive staff) informed the entire way. He was a big reason why we came in on time and on budget for this project
