We are a small, volunteer-run music nonprofit and we hired Virtesio to build a data management system for us. Their team was exceptionally friendly and helpful, getting on calls at odd hours to work around our busy schedule. They quickly built our CRM and customized it to our needs, allowing us to have the system in place before our season started! The system they built for us saved dozens of hours during our onboarding process and makes it easier to keep track of our members and donors. Working with Virtesio felt like working with old friends and we are very pleased with the outcome of the project!
Cloud Refreshers took an existing project implementation that was not meeting expectation, and through excellent communication skills and technical expertise, brought the project home successfully, fully satisfying the very demanding business customers.
