We are a union that had no experienced Salesforce personnel. Shortly after engaging with SOS, they immediately brought up our Org. After a few planning sessions they developed a roll-out plan and migrated our data. They trained our Salesforce project managers, Salesforce system administrators, and did the initial training of our end-users. From a support standpoint, they are a team of knowledgable experts. Everything from systems building to guiding us on best practices. But I really appreciate their approach of showing us what is possible to do in the system rather than doing all of the work. This approach has allowed us to get up to speed to support our system very quickly. When we ask for support they are always responsive. It is very apparent that they care about their clients.
