Junction Object is a custom object that has two master-detail relationships (-->) to two master objects, in order to make those objects related with a many-to-many relationship [JobPosition]<---[Application]--->[Candidate] * JobPosition can be related to multiple Candidates * Candidate can be related to multiple JobPositions Junction Object Helper makes it easy to manage the many-to-many relationship between the JobPosition and Candidate object From JobPosition record you can have the following two buttons available on the junction object related list * Add Candidates : relate multiple Candidate records to the JobPosition record * Edit Candidates : edit/delete multiple junction records that relate Candidate records and the JobPosition record The same buttons can be configured on the Candidate object, please refer to User Guide for more details.
