We do strongly feel that it would have been beneficial having the team learn more about our business and how we operate to better help us build out sales force. Without ever seeing SF, we did not have much knowledge of it's capabilities, therefore making our own refinements proved to be very challenging not being able to see how it would interact or be set up. It would have been nice to have a sales force expert to understand how our business operates/flows and make suggestions on how we could build it out vs getting minimal insight out of the gate and having us make our own adjustments on a system we know nothing about.
