Hi There, I am satisfied with the overall project implementation delivered by Core Flex Solutions for the Dutch Lady & Yelda integration use case. With regard to the Dutch Lady use case, the objective was to enable users to access accurate product information listed on the website and to engage via live chat with an agent when required. The team successfully implemented Digital Engagement + Einstein Bot, which aligned well with our requirements. We conducted regular project review calls, both internally and occasionally with stakeholders during which the team consistently came well prepared.
