1. The Client redesigned the Salesforce applications that support the Leasing business. There was a need to help users adapt to the new Lightning interface and an updated application. Cloud Pacific was able to respond to the need, by connecting us to the right resources and moving the project forward. The System Admin was quick to learn, articulate the new functionality to the users and map additional requirements and enhancements to new and modified workflows, pages and reports. 2. Cloud Pacific supported the System Administrator by providing guidance, training and expertise and in specialties such as Conga, Docusign, Apex code. The resource provided services in the area of Project coordination, training users, testing, coding, release management, SOX compliance and training team members. The System Administrator delivered several enhancements on time, as per plan. 3. In addition to Salescloud, support covered integrations with Docusign and Conga. 4. Salesforce adaption is successful, end users are well versed with using Salesforce and taking advantage of newer Lightning features and most teething problems with the new rollout have been resolved.
