Pankaj & Team Support - Salesforce Implementation

It was a pleasure to work with Pankaj and his team. They were very patient with us as there were some "bumps" during this journey. They were able to fix the issues and provide guidance to enable us to move forward and complete the project. The implementation timeline took a little more time than planned, but Pankaj and his team were always present and always helpful throughout the process. I would strongly recommend working with Pankaj and his team.

First Class & High Quality consultant & Great consulting firm

We just concluded a 2 months consulting engagement with Connex and our assigned Senior Consulting manager was Pankaj Badaya. We are new to SalesForce and had only rough understanding of configuring CPQ for our needs. What impressed me most was Pankaj learned our business needs by asking lot of great questions and his questions were very sharp and insightful. He then suggested ideas for implementation and always discussed them with us to insure it was aligned. In fact he went over and beyond the original intent and suggested many ideas to make it better - something we only had vague understanding of. In other words he helped his customer think through what could make it useful for us. Finally - the execution and delivery of Connex team with Pankaj leading was flawless and always of high quality. Usually once engagement is over and there's sign-off the support usually reduces. But in our case any question we have - well after project ended is answered within 24 hours and further changes as needed are made immediately. Of course we are very respectful of the time so we exercise care in not bothering Pankaj - but he's so committed to customer success and he spends time on answer our questions or support us as needed. I believe this is reflective of the culture within Connex. We plan to make other major extensions this year and I will go back to Connex and hopefully Pankaj will be able to work with us. Highly recommend the company and Pankaj!
