QA Score is not getting calculated by user with non admin profile
We are reviewing this application. As technical doc provided, assigned Access to Case Quality Assurance App permission set to non admin user to grant access. When user tried to test it out, QA Pass/Fail & Score is not getting calculated. Any idea how to fix it ?
