CG Infinity was phenomenal at mapping our existing multi-step (and entirely manual) customer intake processes to define and develop an automated Salesforce solution for our team. This effort involved the Salesforce integration of a web-based form for customer-defined inputs with our current customer information system and cloud-based APIs to reduce our customer intake, routing, and scheduling processes from 4 minutes (on average) to 1 second. Their team took great care to understand our current procedures and data requirements to deliver a remarkable solution that integrates with our current/legacy data systems as we transition our next set of business processes to Salesforce.
