Installation guidelines 1) After installing the latest package from AppExchange, go to setup and make sure you edit the Dashboard page to Home Page Default page which is shipped with the package. 2) With that change, you should be able to see the charts that you can use to visualize the expenses. 3) Make sure that your Orgs sharing setting is set to Private Only to make sure one user can not see the expense of the other. However, profiles with view all permissions can see all the expenses. 4) You need to add an approval process to use the expense approval feature. a) Search for Approval Process in Setup page. b) Manage Approval Process for : Expense c) Create new Approval Process → Use Jump Start Wizard d) Define approval process as the need of you organization and select approver for the reports. 5) You can also add actions using on Add Existing for Initial Submission Actions, Final Approval Actions, Final Rejection Actions and inside Approval Actions with the actions shipped with the package.
